Deposits *

A non-refundable deposit is required in order to set up an appointment with all artists. This deposit ensures your appointment to be taken by you, and nobody else, on the allotted date and time. If your tattoo is a multi-session tattoo the deposit will be applied upon completion at your final tattoo appointment. By Checking this box you agree to the following terms: Deposits can be forfeited due, but not limited, to: -Deposit expiration; All deposits are valid for 6 months after purchase, with no more than 2 reschedules available before forfeiture. -No Call/No Show -Rescheduling original appointment more than 2 times. -Leaving deposit for more than 30 days without contact, or after rescheduling. -Arriving 30 minutes, or more, late to your appointment with no communication to your artist/the studio.
